At the entrance, guests receive a bucket and scissors to begin picking. The price for a bouquet of about 25 stems is €17.50. The garden is wheelchair accessible, and card payments are accepted. There is free entry, and parking is wheelchair accessible. The garden is LGBTQ+ friendly, women-led, and suitable for children. A playground and a fenced soccer field are located next to the garden. Next to the picking garden, the Gasterie Hedelfinger terrace offers food, drinks, and ice cream in the summer. The garden is open Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday from 11:00 to 16:00, and Saturday from 11:00 to 15:00. It is closed on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Opening hours may change during the season due to weather and picking conditions.
